We recently supplied indoor cycles to No121 The Grove, a fitness studio in Sittingbourne, Kent, who wanted to offer their customers a range of indoor cycling classes, from beginner to advanced. At No121 their mission is to provide effective, safe, personal and group training sessions in an unintimidating environment, backed up by the fact that all their instructors are registered with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals).
It all sounds and looks very impressive and if you live nearby, they now have a new website which allows you to book classes online, from the comfort of your armchair, your indoor cycle or wherever you find yourself these days!
